Masking with peeloffs

Hi Crafters,

I know it's been a while since my last post. I don't have an excuse, life just gets in the way some times.

Any way I know it is late but I want to wish you all a happy new year, I hope it has been a good start for you so far.

In my absence from my blog I have been busy making cards...... Honest.....
 

Here is the first card I want to share with you. The back ground for this card was created using corner peeloffs. I arranged the peeloffs in the corners of the card and placed some of the waste peeloff in the centre of the card.  Then using a piece of sponge I sponged a brown distress ink ( can't remember the name of the colour) over and around the mask I had created with the peeloffs. When I had finished sponging I carefully peeled of the stickers.
Finally I cut a spellbinders butterfly, a nestabillitys frame, a couple of flourishes and a few flowers.

If you are careful with the peeloff stickers you will be able to reuse them.
The stickers I have used on this card were quite large but on another card I made, I had used tiny ones. so any peeloff will work .
Plastick masks are popular at the moment on cards or scrapbook pages. I don't have any of them so decided to use what I had got and found that the peeloffs worked perfectly well.
