How has your weekend been?
I hope you had a much better weekend than I have had. I spent most of it in bed feeling sorry for my self and sleeping. I had a tummy bug that knocked me sideways. I felt really poorly, I can't remember the last time I felt that ill. Fortunately it was only one of those 48 hour bugs and I am feeling much better now, thank goodness. My appetite is not back to normal yet 'cos my stomach still feels rather tender. Oh well I still need to loose a couple of pounds....LOL
Any way before the stomach bug took hold I had managed to make a couple of cards with... yes you have guessed it... my new Clarity Stamps.
I made one like this for a friend.
This one the Happy Birthday is stamped a tiny bit wonky and there are a couple of speckles on the card that shouldn't be there. So I made the card again and kept this one as a sample.
I used the same Leafy Swirl stamp as I did in the Mothers Day Leafy Swirl post.
This time though I only stamped it twice, back to back, down the folded edge of the card.
I stamped the butterfly twice, once on the card and once onto some spare card, coloured them both and cut out the spare one and the placed it on top of the other
In this next card I have used the same butterfly stamp.
But this time I have teamed it with the Honeysuckle Corner stamp. The ink pad is versa magic tea leaves. The card stock is a pearlesent green, which is a bit of a departure for me because I mostly use white or cream for my cards.
Well I hope you like them and thank you for visiting. See you again soon
I'm off now to www.1stuniquegifts.co.uk cos it's Handmade Monday week 8, to see what other crafters in blog land have been doing over the last week.

The butterfly is absolutely gorgeous, well done. YThe first card is my favourite, i think mainly because of the colour.
